Ellen Fullman has worked on her imposing installation ‘Long String Instrument’ for the past 30 years. For her sound sculpture the internationally acclaimed artist will strain
70-foot (21-meter) music wire through the room. She strides along the wires with rosin-coated fingers producing a chorus of organ-like partials.
For Hallo Festspiele she will perform solo as well as in collaboration with German artsist and producer Konrad Sprenger.
